Sheryl-Underwood
Sheryl Underwood is a American comedy performer, TV host and performer famous for hosting the popular daytime talk show The Talk. Sheryl was born in Little Rock and grew up in Little Rock. Sheryl is from a family with a number of problems. She spent the majority of her early years caring for her sister Frankie suffering from an illness called polio. While growing up, she suffered an uneasy relationship with her mother. Sheryl states that in one incident her mother beat her father because he was being too close with her. Sheryl became a military officer after graduating from university. Sheryl's love of comedy was stronger. She was the only female that made it to the 1989 contest Miller Lite Comedy Search. Her TV career in 1992, when she was a regular actor on the HBO comedy program Def Comedy Jam. She also appeared in 2000 as host of the TV series Oh Drama! She's been host of The Talk since 2011. In addition, she has played fictional characters in series like Bulworth Nikki, Bulworth and Beauty Shop.
