Sheryl-Underwood

Sheryl Underwood was born and raised in Arkansas, and was raised there. She went on to become a TV host on the talk show daytime The Talk. Born in Arkansas she was raised within Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl is a member of a troubled family. She spent the majority of her childhood caring for Frankie. Frankie suffered from polio. When she was growing up, Sheryl had many problems with her mother. Sheryl stated that in one instance, her mother had attacked an uncle of her daughter as she had been a little too close to the father. Sheryl became a military officer after graduating from the college. Her passion for the military was comedy. She was the sole female that made it to the competition in 1989 Miller Lite Comedy Search. She began her TV career in 1992 appearing as a frequently performing actor on HBO's comedy program Def Comedy Jam. She was a TV host for the 2000 season of Oh Drama! Then in 2011, she started appearing as a co-host on The Talk as co-host. She also has fictional roles on series such Bulworth, Nikki or Beauty Shop.
